Students: Letters of Recommendation

Many students request recommendations from me each year. If you would like for me to write you a recommendation for college admission or a scholarship, or a summer program there are several steps you should take:

1) Contact me in person to make the request at least three weeks in advance.

2) Complete the Recommendation Request Form at the link HERE

3) Send me an email to let me know that you have completed the on-line form.

Again, I receive lots of requests for recommendations and thus if the request is not made with sufficient advanced notice, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to complete the recommendation on time.
